Trained in Switzerland, he has won numerous distinctions, including “Chef Cook of the Year 2003,” “Chef de Cuisine of the Year 2013,” “Best Cook in Portugal 2014,” and the Prix Chefs de l’Avenir 2011 (Académie Internacional de Gastronomie, Paris). His cuisine blends Mediterranean traditions with new gastronomic trends, highlighting seasonal and regional products.
